Engagement Terms
Consulting engagements with DataCraft by Unnish are scoped individually following a discovery call. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
Billing
Engagements are billed hourly against the agreed tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) unless a fixed-price scope has been agreed separately in writing.
Confidentiality
All client data and business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and covered under a mutual non-disclosure agreement by default.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables — dashboards, data models, and code — become the property of the client upon full payment, except for any pre-existing tools or frameworks owned by DataCraft by Unnish.
Limitation of Liability
DataCraft by Unnish provides consulting services on a best-efforts basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems.
